  • Pitch Re-Volt’s EV charging solutions and partnership models through presentations and site host engagements

  • Support and negotiate terms for real estate agreements including leases, service contracts, and incentive-aligned arrangements

  • Incorporate available rebates, incentives, and funding programs (e.g., NEVI, utility rebates, state-level grants) into proposals and deal structures to drive successful negotiations

  • Contribute to public-sector engagement efforts (e.g., municipalities or state programs) in collaboration with internal stakeholders

CRM & Reporting

  • Track all business development activities using CRM tools (HubSpot)
Provide regular sales reporting, track KPIs, and optimize deal flow based on market feedback

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and grant teams to ensure proposal accuracy and fulfillment

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years in business development, sales, or real estate—preferably in EV, and will consider solar, climate tech, or infrastructure.

  • 3+ years of experience in site acquisition, energy rebate programs, or municipal permitting.

  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Organized, driven, and comfortable working independently in a commission-only role.

  • Proficient in HubSpot for sales tracking and reporting and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.

  • Based in Massachusetts and familiar with the New England EV landscape, including local regulations and permitting processes.

  • Willing to attend industry events, site visits, and stakeholder meetings (occasional travel required).

Compensation:

  • Commission-only with high earning potential

  • 50% of the commission is paid upon contract signing/deposit.

  • 50% is paid after the charger is installed and activated.

  • Performance will be evaluated after 3–6 months; base salary may be considered based on achieving milestones and pipeline development.
