Darshan Amin is a strategic startup operator and Chief of Staff with expertise in scaling early-stage companies and building operational infrastructure from the ground up. At Re-Volt Charging, he architects comprehensive operational systems and drives strategic initiatives.

Previously, as Founding Operations Associate and Deputy Chief of Staff at Posh AI, he quarterbacked a successful $27.5M Series A raise while scaling the company from 25 to 100+ employees. He also built and optimized core business functions, implementing critical systems that secured both CSA and SOC certifications.

Darshan's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Life Print Studio, where he bootstrapped and scaled the design agency to $60K in revenue within eight months before successfully negotiating its strategic acquisition. His leadership extends to the non-profit sector, where he serves as National Executive Vice President & COO of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, Inc., overseeing operations for 25+ chapters and managing a $100K+ annual budget.
