Anel Bellevue is the Co-Founder and CEO of Re-Volt Charging, a Massachusetts-based climatetech startup advancing equitable access to EV charging infrastructure in Environmental Justice communities and gateway cities. A seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader, Anel brings a proven track record in product innovation, business development, and scaling operations across industries.

Prior to Re-Volt, Anel founded NOUFLEX LLC, where he patented and commercialized a home fitness system now distributed through major retail partners. His experience managing global supply chains, structuring strategic partnerships, and driving products from concept to market demonstrates his ability to translate vision into execution.

Anel holds an MBA in Leadership & Management from Bentley University and is a graduate of the McKinsey Executive Leadership Program, further underscoring his commitment to sustainable growth, excellence, and impact.
